You should have been sent a p60 at the end of the tax year in december. What difference you being laid of makes I'm not sure. Ring the company and ask - failing that contact the revenue office.

You only get a P60 if you are employed by the company on the 31st December (last day of the Irish tax year) so if you were let go in October you won't be getting one.

call revenue and ask for p21. which is again a income statement for that particular year.

Did you get a P45?if so then you dont get a P60.

You can only get a P60 when you are part of the companies work force regardless of the time of year so long as your employment continues into another calander year ie your employed before and after the 31/12

Other Posts are correct. P60s are only given to persons employed by an employer on the 31st December in any year. If you left on 30th December even, you wouldnt get one. You would get a P45.

I finished working in December and only got my p45 last week. I started a new job in February and got paid on Friday but got emergency taxed because I was told the p45 was for last year and I need a p60 for this year? I can only see the option of requesting a p21 on the ROS website. Any advice?

Just ring the Revenue, and give them your PPS Number, and your Employers PPS number, and they'll sort it out.
