I've recently moved into a new apartment block in Galway.
My apartment has all the NTL fittings etc. and we rang up over two weeks ago asking NTL to reconnect us but they still haven't called out on the days given to us.

I'm wondering what it is exactly that they need to do to reconnect us and if it's something that I might be able to do myself???

    I just want TV!!!

NTL/UPC don't let you do anything by yourself. You'd swear it was some sort of rocket science. What exactly do you "have"?

Make sure you confirm your booking beforehand - they have a habit of making bookings but if not confirmed then they are not going to happen. You would hope that they would be more proactive, but sadly no.
