Digital TV Channels?

    Hi all,
    As a newbie here I have a question which may be very simple but I am unsure what I have done. I live in NI and have a digital tv and sky+.
    When I first bought the tv and got it installed along with the loft aerials an sky I had a number of digital channels available also on the tv, rte1,2 tv3 tg4 and others, now though I cannot get any of these, the tv displays no video
    When I switch between channels in digital mode it does give me program listings, just no sound or video, what am I doing wrong here? Only thing that has changed in last year is I upgraded from sky to sky +, could this be my problem?

    Irish Digital Terrestrial Channels are now being broadcast using MPEG4 encoding where they used to be MPEG2 as part of the original trial. The UK system is MPEG2
