Hi i have a problem with my laptop . it a toshiba satelite L40-139 . the problem is when i turn it on this comes up (configuring updates; Stage 3 of 3 - 94% complete) and does not complete and then shuts down and starts up again to show the same thing again , and will do this all night if i left it .
