Hi.I am completly new in this forum, and foreigner by the way.So sorry about my poor english

Im 23 years old,and my life just turned upside down.Me and my wife will have a baby in august!
So,i decided get driving licence. I pass my theory test 3 week ago.Got provisional licence. And at the moment i am taking driving lessons.I must past my driving test in the first go,because otherwise family will be with no car.
My driving instructor advised to buy a car now,for practising and increasing chances to pass my test first time.I am on a wery tight budget now. Most of the money we are saving now, going to e spend on the baby.

I am looking for inexpensive, cheap to insure, practical car.The money that i can spend on the car+insurance is 3000e.I know that is very little money:(
But i want to spend them wisely. What car, cheap to insure would you advice to buy?
