another claiming tax back info thread-sorry!

    hey guys. I'm due to lose my job in 3 weeks so I know that i can claim my tax back i have paid this year

    But in may 2006 i had a car accident, didnt recieve any social payments and didnt return to work till march 2007. am i entitled to claim the tax back i paid up until may?

    a Tax year is jan to dec so therefore any income u received or any tax u paid in 2006 doesnt affect 2007. If u are enquiring about past years just ring revenue and request p21 for the year in question.
