Minor Gunsmithing Work

Looking for a gunsmith to perform some fairly minor work, but competently. The job is to replace the firing pin in a Browning lever-action rimfire rifle. It was done, but snapped again due to shoddy work, so we'd like to get it done properly this time. I'm looking for recommendations and if people could have a rough idea of how much the job might cost, that'd be great too.

There is more to a firing pin than you might think. It isnt enough to just fashion a piece of steel to the correct dimensions. It has to be hardened at the the striking surface(s) to withstand wear but not be so hard as to be brittle. Your failed repair job was probably caused by over hardening or making the pin from an incorrect grade of steel.
Can you source a replacement spare part from the manufacturer? It will be guaranteed to be the correct dimensions and from the correct grade of steel. Also, why did the original pin break? Dry firing? Age?
