NTL Digital - missing channels ??

    Hi,
    just trying to help my mam out with a Digital problem since this afternoon, channels 107 - 112 are missing, just wondering if there were any other people with the same problem.

    Naturally I thought the box might be at fault - but it is new, only a week or so old, and all other channels are fine ? any ideas ?

    plug out the box and wait 30 seconds

    plug it back in.

    nope they didnt move any channels

    bubble hits is blank due to cease of broadcasting
