    anyone have advice on improving ability to hold and start a conversation mostly with women but even in general i find it very very difficult and awkward

    Practice.. more you do it the easy it comes. working with the public too usually helps.

    wow its crazy how many people have this kinda problem - i thought i was the only one really but i ain't!! makes it easier in a strange kinda way to think there are other people with these kinda problems aswell.

    do u feel like the other person is scrutinizing your every word and movement and ur afraid to say something stupid? i was like this but ive relaxed it a bit :) i just thought - feck it - everyone else can be relaxed and they don't care what people think of them - why the hell should i be suffering while they all are having fun and not caring!
