    hey anyone from tramore no the deal with the 2 story house on newtown road facing the cliffs ya know the one near freddies new house its all boarded up im just wondering why would anyone just leave a house like that especially with the views it has:(:(

    Believe it was owned by a Mr Myers, Never burned down, Old man that lived in the house died and nothing done with it since then apart from it being bordered up

    very good Shane iv been since led to belive there was a family dispute involving his daughter wanting the property b4 he died and hence its been left derelict since he died

    Having failed with previous attempts to build houses on this site planning permission has recently been granted for a complete revamp of the house with sizeable extensions incorporating an indoor swimming pool
