    I need to buy a racer... Almost certainly second hand. I'm 5' 6" Female. And haven't a clue what to look for. I've seen many comments on pics like 'nice bike mate'. but don't know what makes a bike a 'nice' bike. I've seen them start at about 380 in Halfords. But I would presume if they start at that then they're probably rubbish. And so I'm back to thinking second hand. REALLY.... 400.00 is my upper limit when it comes to budget. Would far prefer to go less. (4 Day weekend victim of the recession here) I need to get this sorted fairly quickly. Any advice is much appreciated.
