Building Elements - Party Walls?

    Hi,

    I am doing my first apartment at the moment and I dont know if I am to include Party Walls in the building elements section as they would be next to a heated space (another apartment). As far as I can see in the manual I do not include them but I just want to be sure. I rang the helpline but the said I would have to email the question in and it would take two weeks to get a reply.....

    There's no heat loss though a party wall so you don't include them...

    Just wondering are you doing the apartment as part of a training course or are you actually in business? That a very fairly basic question.

    Oh and make that 2 weeks closer to 2 months for the SEI email support.
