picked up a knock on saturday, shipped about 4 tackles on me right ankle but hopefully will be ok, getting better, just a matter of being sorted in time. was a very tough game with 4 sent off, 3 straight reds and about 6 more yellows and plenty of belts and abuse thrown!

i think Ciaran is out for this one.

oak tree play the full irish tonight. i may pop across to watch it, or do people not want to know the score before we play?!!

bar real will be a tough game for us, really tough in fact. big chance tonight to make up some ground on 1 or 2 teams if we win and also next week. next 2 weeks will tell alot. if we get 6 points, we have a massive chance of winning it.

Won 2-0. Facile victory really. Took the foot off the pedal in 2nd half a bit but overall a good performance. Don't think I've played worse in ages. Hopeless stuff tonight. Luckily they were pathetic so they didn't punish any of our errors. Play them again next week so have to try not be complacent.

good win, cant complain and 3 points, job done. we were excellent in first 20 mins and could have got one or 2 more. as the game went on, art (2) and eddie (2) both had 2 excellent shots each that were inches wide and their keeper pulled off 2 good saves.

eased off in the 2nd half and a few fancy flicks too many complicated things but at least we play attractive footballl and teams that we play against appreciate it. derek dominated the game from start to finish and played his best game yet and mick was superb at left full also. goals from dave and derek were both excellent finishes. both came from direct balls, the first a knock down from art and a super half volley from dave, the 2nd a foul on art in the air and derek knocked in the free kick.

all we can do is keep winning and let the results elsewhere look after themselves. next 3 weeks will tell us where we lie.

table is all over the place as not all teams have the same amount of games played. next week will give us a clearer picture but to make it simple -

any of 5 teams can win it and its very tight. if we win our 2 games in hand, worse case scenario is we are 1 point of top and there are 3 teams on the same points up there potentially, we still have to play one of those teams and one of the others has to play ravenhill who still can win it, but long chance. if we win all 5 games, then we will defo be max one point off winning it and thats only if the others win all their games. too many permutations as it stands. in summary, lets just win our 5 games and if glenwood and oak tree lose/draw one game, we win the league. its that simple!
