noel dempsy calls himself the minister for transport, well noel stop targeting the profesional coach and truck drivers with this rediculas cpc,
i have been driving coaches and artics for the past 33 years with out any hicups, i have driven here ,in the uk and in europe, and carried millions of passengers, and now we need a cpc to continue,us heavy vehical drivers are profesionals, and yet the provisional drivers continue to drive on their own and the gards do nothing to stop it,
this practice has to stop,it wouldn't happen any were else in the world,

doe's any body share my views
