If you haven't seen this weeks ep, E05 dont read any further.

Why did Christian not help John up at the end of this weeks ep? I think its because its some kind of spirit or something along those lines. Can any one remember him physically touching any one since he's appeared on the island! and one last question has anybody but Locke, Jack or Claire seen Christian on the island?

Yeah I figured he wasn't physically able to help John.
I know he touched Vincent in the missing pieces episode fwiw!

He was also holding Araon (the baby)

i was thinking at first that he can't interact with physical objects, but if he can hold a baby then that's that theory ruled out.

maybe christian couldn't help locke because crawling through the cave and getting up to push the wheel was something locke just had to do himself without help?

    My thoughts exactly.

The name on the side of the van that Ben, Sun and Jack were driving in off-island is an anagram of re-incarnation . I cant see Locke not being involved in season 6, so maybe this is a hint as to how he will come back into the story and how Christian is running around the island????

Alpert told Locke not to worry that the Island would fix him in a previous ep... so maybe the island will fix him when he gets back.

Thats what im thinking but ill be honest it doesnt sit too comfortably with me. Im fed up with Locke anyway and wont be in any way worried if, when they do get back to the island, Ben just dumps his stinking carcass into the pit with the remains of The Dharma Initiative

I thought it was pretty obvious from the moment we found out that Locke was in the coffin and Ben said Locke would have to be brought back to the island that Locke was going to be resurrected - why else would Ben bring Locke back to the island unless he could bring him back to life? And of course all the stuff with Christian being alive after arriving on the island in a coffin in season 1.

I think the Christian we saw in the cabin last season was physically real, ditto baby-holding episode. But that scene with Locke in the Donkey-wheel cave took place deep underground before there was a well or Dharma elevator to get to it. So, unless Daddy-Shepherd is handy with a shovel, I think it makes sense that what Locke saw was just an apparition (remember, he appeared to Michael on the boat last season as well) but there is a real body version of Christian elsewhere, probably in the present.

Well it would make sense has Lock was in the Past when Christain appears to him at the wheel.

I clicked on the link because of a promise of possible spoilers. All I got was speculation. I feel cheated.:(
