Was online at 11-45 and couldn't get on so didn't confirm attendance. What do I do now?

This is from the email sent about confirming attendance:
    Help!
If you have any questions regarding the Confirm Attendance
    procedure please
email fees@fin.ucc.ie- include subject as ‘Confirmation
of Attendance query’ your name and student number with
    your message.

If you have difficulties accessing the online facility or
    you do not know
your PIN number please email: sit@ucc.ie or contact the
Student IT Helpdesk (Boole Basement) with your current
UCC student ID card or Telephone (021) 490 2622.
Please allow up to 24 hours for email response when
    requesting PIN numbers.

Send an email to whichever of those email adresses applies more to you (both if you're in doubt.) You should probably do this ASAP.

You could try going to the relevant office. It'll get sorted out a lot quicker if you do it in person. I don't see any problem with being a day or two late, but the sooner you get it done, the better.
