    Hi everyone,

My name is Paul Hurley. I’m a weight loss specialist and personal trainer based in Dublin.

I’m currently running a Bridal Bootcamp competition with Confetti magazine. The two winners, Fiona and Nicola, are working with me to lose weight over the next 12 weeks as they get ready to their weddings in May.

Over 1,200 B2Bs took part in the competition and are already following the progress of the two girls. In my weekly “Wedding Weight Loss” E-Zine, I provide all the details regarding nutrition, exercise and everything else involved in my unique approach to weight loss. My aim is to have 2,000+
B2Bs all working together, helping each other achieve their weight-loss goals.

I’m looking for positive individuals from this forum, who are committed and dedicated to losing weight for their weddings. I will provide all the weight loss information and advice required to achieve fantastic results in minimum time. All that’s required from those who participate in the Bridal Bootcamp is to be supportive of all the other brides.

I look forward to helping you.

    Kind regards,

    Paul

P.S. While I will make posts as often as my schedule allows, I’m currently much too busy to regularly reply to threads. If anyone has any questions or requests regarding topics they’d like to see covered, please contact me through my website and I’ll start a thread about that topic so that everyone can access it. Thanks.

I think it is unhealthy to promote weight loss for a goal of one day in a womans life (however important that day is). It puts strain on the body and unrealistic pressure on other women.
