can annyone tell me, how easy or hard will it be for me to change back to my maiden name again and also to change both of my childrens surname also to my maiden name. i was married to seperated now not legally though

i was married to seperated now not legally though

Can you not just change your name by deed poll? As to the children, will that need the father's consent?
