    I'm having a bit of trouble charging my ibook - basically the orange light is coming on but it is not charging when plugged in?? ANyone any ideas what this might be or how I might sort it - i thought it was a loose connection and had a new plug but it is still happening - its plugged in now and charging but every so often it goes off charge again and i have to fiddle withthe connection until it goes on - i have the laptop 4 yrs now - would it be the battery maybe or the connection?

    After four years, it's probably the battery. Is it holding charge well -- do you get long out of it?

    Don't forget to calibrate your battery around once a month as well.
