Trojan.brisv.A Please help

    My vista laptop is infected with two of these trojans. I have Norton 360 and it told me to manually repair. It suggested Symantec trojan.brisv.a removal tool 2.1.05, which I have running but it's been stuck on a file for about 45 mins now. The file is a song which was downloaded about a month ago which I never had a problem with. I've just deleted the file and restarted the removal tool. I would appreciate some help or maybe someone has experience of this virus.
