Chronic Flatulence

    I have been suffering with chronic flatulence (farting) for the last few months which really can be unbearable and embarrassing, and not to mention stomach churningly stinky. Are there any others who suffer with the same problems as me? I was wondering is there any products I can get to help prevent farting so such?

    try Simethicone ... breaks up the gas in your gut. OTC pill

    do you eat a lot of processed food?

    Try a spoonful of vinegar every morning. And chew your food properly.
