Hey folks the warning light in question is a car with a key inside it and it is flashing when the ignition is off but goes off when the car is started. Has anyone had the same issue with their mazdas. Idont have a manual so dont even know what the symbol means. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance

I don't know what it means but it's normal. It happens in my 6 as well I have never questioned it.

It's just the immobilizer light. nothing to worry about I reckon.

Yes its the immobiliser. When you remove the key from the ignition the light flashes meaning the immobiliser is armed. Perfectly normal on cmost ars from the last 10 to 15 years.
