Travelling to thailand for a month ,end of march, then on to australia for a year hopefully..
Question is,, will i be asked, going into australia,
    after coming from thailand,
for proof of immunisation from yellow fever, diphtheria, etc.???
I'll be training/eating/sleeping at a thai boxing camp for the month (not in the jungle) so, i wasnt planning on getting jabs.

Sound for the quick reply, and sound advice too..
I'm 50/50 on gettin the vaccs, but iv bin speaking to other people at the camp at the mom (various nationalities), and from what they're tellin me, they don't bother with them, only malaria tablets.

Is there a doctor in the house??

strictly speaking, you should get Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Diphteria, Tetanus, Polio and arguably Hepatitis B (especially as you are in a boxing environment).

The relative risk of getting these though would range from roughly 1 in 300 (Hep A) to one in hundreds of thousands (Polio).

Ultimately it depends on how you view risk. Its a bit like insurance, the insured event rarely happens but when it does its bloody awful. Also, most vaccine courses will last from 3-10years-lifetime so if you are someone who plans to do a lot of travel over the next few years, bite the bullet and get them now.
