Reversed polarity in power supply, whats the worst scenario?

I plugged one of these stupid multi usage laptop power supplies into a machine (Fijitsu Amelia) not knowing that the core pin was set to minus. Whats the worst scenario? MB :eek:? Is there a replaceable fuse, diode or transformer? No smoke or any sign of anything other than no life. Anyone capible of repairing?.
