update, according to another forum these channels have changed from 11094 V 27900 2/3 to 11094 V 27900 3/4 and a rescan will bring back the "lost" channels, however when I rescan, All I get is Top gold radio and no TV channels, and the signal strength seems quite low.

Change fec to auto and rescan worked for me:)

Thanks Decdev for the reply, I tried auto fec and 3/4 but all I get on that freq. is Top gold radio??

Working ok now, it was pilot error on my behalf! when I re-scaned I had it set to skip encryted channels, so all it would see was clear channels, this explains why I only got the radio channel, which is clear.
