    I need help! what is the best toothpaste and mouthwash for someone with bad breath? also what mints/gum is the best for during the day to keep my breath fresh?

    Saw a study from Japan that found that eating raw yogurt cuts bad breath by half.

    Have to find out first what the cause is. It could be bad teeth, sinus infection, stomach problem. First stop: dentist.

    I meant solutions to bad breath in general

    I would have to second the dentist trip also. The bad breath could be coming from tooth decay.
    But if you're just looking for a quick fix, brush with baking soda and rinse (brush tongue too) watch the gums though, it can be a bit harsh on them. Chewing on parsley also works.
