Glanza head lights

    Hi Lads,

    my car went for the nct the other day and it failed on the drivers side head light been to loose(f**kin stupid)went to toyota and asked them can they tighten the heads light...came back saying that they cant and i would have to buy new ones.... asked how much and they were saying around the 3 or 4 hundred mark....does any one have any suggestions what i can do to get them tighten just to pass the nct??

    What do you mean lose? As in shaking around within the bumper? Theres a few screws and clips to tighten them did you check all these? Maybe your missing a few clips? Glanza lights from Toyots are €275 before vat EACH! Thieving bastards. I bought a set on eBay though yesterday for €160 inc. postage for the two of them.

    hey duff,

    its the plastic thing that holds the bulb, nct said it was to loose but the other light is the same its a bit loose wouldnt say that loose, tired to fix it and i cant so i was thinkin of just wedging some thing under the light just for it to pass....
