life.dcu.ie Registering Difficulties

    Anyone else having problems registering for life.dcu.ie? I put in all my reg details but I never get the confirmation email....and when I try inputting the details again, it says "email already taken". The 'help' section about this problem on that website is no use at all....and a tad condescending...

    Are you sure you have entered @mail.dcu.ie and not just @dcu.ie?

    If you are sure you're using the correct email address, then maybe try to contact the SU directly.

    Niall had a thing posted on the main life page about that, but it seems to be gone now. A few people must have been having problems.

    Basically, the main message was to use your dcu.ie email address.
    The website won't take any other type of email address like gmail or hotmail.
