Just wondering if any of you could help me out- I'm trying to find this cartoon I loved when I was a kid, but I cannot remember the name of it and I've tried to search for it but as yet found nothing.

It was set in India as I recall, and the main character was a pirate. All the characters were animals in human shape, if you get me, and the main character was a tiger as far as I can remember.

    Thanks in advance.

It might have been the Sinbad Cartoon (Fantastic Voyages/Adventures ?) it was on around the same time as the "Dogtainion (SP?) and the three Muskahounds" show and had a very similar artwork to it and also to "Around the wold in 80 days with willy fogg". The latter two were from the same production company and I have a feeling the sinbad one may have been too. I'm having problems finding stills because I cant remember the full name of it though ...

EDIT: Ah doesnt matter you got it

I am fairly certain that all of these cartoons where co-funded by the EBU (European Broadcasters Union)

Those EBU cartoons were the least entertaining things on TV as a kid.

Just incase anyone is wondering no I didnt volenterily sit in watching cartoons on the Den. I was a very sickly child and so watching TV ws really the only thing to do in the Hospital

Dogtanian was the shizzazz. Great cartoon.

I kinda remember that body one as well, it was weird.

Seeing as we're all trying to remember different ones, there was one I think it was on the BBC, it had something to do with dreams. There was a good wizard was an important character, and the opening sequence had the main character floating in a bubble.

I was pretty young at the time, so I might be misremembering some of this.
