    Hi,

Can anyone recommend an electric (mains) pump for inflating bicycle tubes/tires?

I've seen a few linked on this site but they plug into car battery sockets. I'd feel right a right Brian Cowen outside the house with the car and the pump and the bike.

    Regards,

    William.

Sounds a bit of overkill? A track pump is the best thing. Very easy to inflate with them. Unless you have a different reason for wanting one.

I agree with Raam. With a track pump you will need like 30secs to put the pressure up to 120psi, even less! And with the electric pump you have the risk to blow the tubes up!

agree with the lads on the track pump but if you insist on an electric pump then you can try something like this:
