    Hi,

I have produced a cross-tab object populated by columns with a shops products (helmets, gloves, locks, etc) and rows with the names of the companyies who bought the items.
I want to create a calculated member. I am reading crystal reports 2008 for dummies and, following steps from an example from the book, it tells me to right click on the "helmets" and i should see a menu appear with a "Calculated Member" option. However, I do not see this.

I tried looking up the help in crystal reports 10, but it is very unclear as to what to do. I am a newbie to crystal reports and really need a step-by-step process explained to me.

Could you please tell me how to set the "helmets" field as a calculated member? or where in crystal reports, the calculated member options/settings are?

any help on this is really really appreciated. thanks.

    d.

    EDIT:

Basically, Im wondering how I can make a calculation within a cross-tab row or column in crystal reports 10?
