Solwise 3G router setup problems

Has anybody out there successfully managed to configure a Solwise 3g Router to share a Three 3G Modem. I have my laptops connecting to the Router ok with WEP enabled but the Router seems to think the Modem is just a USB disk device. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance..
