FTA on Sky Box

Apologies for my ignorance on this, and apologies if this has been answered before. I just realised that you can get FTA on a Sky Box. I have set it up on the TV and changed the frequency fields etc and I keep getting a message saying "No signal" Could anyone tell me where I am going wong please. Thanks :confused:
