Questions on MK2 Toyota MR2

Hi. I picked up an old (1992) MarK 2 MR2 before christmas on ebay. It's a bit shook and needs a few bits done with it. I have 3 questions that I would apreciate any help with...

    1) Rust.... There is some fairly bad rust on the wheel arches above the back wheels on both sides. My initial thought was that I would try and replace the quarter panel. But after looking at it, I have realised that the quarter panel isn't a seperate panel.

Do I have any other option other than taking the panels right back to the rust and filling them back up again with filler ? (Note : I wouldn't do this myself. I'd be getting a panel beater to do it)

    2) Paint.... As a follow on to the above, while I was getting that sorted, how much do you think it would cost to get the whole car resprayed. It is currently black and I would probably re-spray it black again.

    3) Stereo... I think the car was originally fitted with a double din stereo. However, this seems to have been (fairly crudely) ripped out and I am just left with a gaping hole. If I fitted this to it (http://tinyurl.com/b5tsbx) should I be able to fit any standard stereo into it then ?

    Thanks in advance
