Can a management agent be sued for breach of contract

I am a tenant of a apartment complex in Dublin 1 and I have had an intermittent leak coming from celling of the sitting room from the apartment above for 4 years. We have informed the management agent SNIPPED when it leaks but in this time they have failed to deal with it, a plumber sent by SNIPPED has on two occasions…

I am a tenant of a apartment complex in Dublin 1 and I have had an intermittent leak coming from celling of the sitting room from the apartment above for 4 years. We have informed the management agent SNIPPED when it leaks but in this time they have failed to deal with it, a plumber sent by SNIPPED has on two occasions went into the apartment and has told us there is hole in the wall at the shower with no tiles. However in the intervening years nothing has been done. 20L of water has been collected in bucket in the last 3 weeks.
