Is there any addition in placing fibre glass in the void between a suspended ceiling and a conc. first floor???

If the void contains services it will be very difficult to do properly.

maybe stick an insulated slab on before doing the services

No . you have more than enough mass to kill airbourne sound already

It would be worthwhile to place 3mm of impact noise reducing material over the floor . So you don't get an infernal racket if the kids play marbles upstairs
