Looking for a couple of grinds in computer science related subjects, anyone know the best way of finding someone who would be able to help me out?

You could just put up some posters on the noticeboards. The Students' Union used to do a grinds list, perhaps drop Hugh an e-mail (education@tcdsu.org) and he might be able to help you out.

Saying that though, if you're stuck you could just go to your lecturer and badger them with your questions, for free! Does the Programming Support Centre still operate?

Thanks for the reply, I drop an email to that address and see if they can help out.

I am doing a part-time course on top of working full time/looking after the new born at home so time to study is hard to come by hence the grind route. I find if I can have 4/5 1 hour grinds in a hard subject its pretty much the subject covered for my exams (rather then 20 hours plus of self-study).
