Do you think Ireland should have a official Unsigned chart? and would todays radio get involved...I would love to hear some feedback on this..

the way i see things going these days is that you dont have to be signed int he traditional sense to get charted or to get airplay. The key is a good extensive mailing list, some good tunes and a healthy amount of elbow grease.
