    Hey all
im looking for a device that will swithch off my tv when no one is in the room, i.e. a motion sensor that sits on the tv like a webcam on a pc/laptop, and that is connected to the power supply, and will inturn break the cct, switching off teh tv/lcd monitor.

    any ideas?

It should be easy enough to fit a motion sensor like those used for lighting in the tv circuit, It would need a delay of a few mins as you wouldnt want the tv switching off if you were just sitting still for a minute.
