no. You need 80cm external dish. Though it could sit IN a balcony.

Internet streaming isn't reliable nor decent quality, poor range of stations and kills your cap.

About 2,500 non-english free tV and 1500 non-english radio on 1.1m motorised dish. Plenty on 19.2E on 80cm.

My friend installed a flat one the other day who had picked up one somewhere. I dont know anything about them, but one thing ill say is that i wasnt impressed with it. Signal was extremely poor on 19.2east (Which he wanted it set up on). I also noticed when it rained quite heavy the signal really dropped. Also it wasnt cheap either. Heaven knows why he brought it, but hey.

If your going to put up a flat dish why not a proper solid satellite dish? Whats the problem?

If you do have a south facing window in a spare room, you could put a dish in that room looking out, it wont be great but it will work (depending on what kinda window it is). Like watty said, an 80cm would be the norm for non astra (Uk FTA) setup.

They have the signal for it, We don't.

Sky 60cm min, 70cm recommended in west
Anything else 80cm up depending on sat to get the rain margin

Apart from Astra2D and Intelsat907 we are on the edge of footprints.

    Poor for Sky in rain.
Nearly useless for anything else in rain. Those systems are for south East England, France, Germany etc
