2 laptop problems

    having problems with 2 laptops

    the 1st laptop.firefox has stopped working,opera and internet explorer still work no bother
    firefox comes up no bother but it wont connect


    2nd laptop broadband connection has stopped working alltogether

    the 2 computer symbols is shown at the bottom right hand corner,but when i got to connect it just wont connect

    i try to create a connection but it asks me for isp and isp password,it never asked me for that stuff before

    the anti virus stuff i have on the 2nd laptop are avg,malware removel and super-anti-spyware free edition
