    Hey Guys,

I'm just kinda getting back on the bike..

Over the summer I would like to build up to about 70km or 80km so i can get back training with a club..

Could any club rider in the Galway area give me their time for this route: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2552635

When I was younger I was doing it in about 90 minutes but I would like to know what ye guys are doing it in so i have a bench mark.

    Thanks

    Dan

Haven't done that route. But generally leisure clubs average 25Km/h and club race groups train at 32Km/h.

I'm from galway, but have not done the route. Don't like the road from galway to spiddal. I'll be looking to join the club in couple of weeks too.
