Hi all Sorry if i ask some stupid questions here. im useless at this stuff. Have TSB passed on the interest rate drops from the ECB im coming off fixed this month and they are offering me Tracker at 4.75% and LTV varaible at 4.55% which seems very high to me... any advice appreciated

They have. However not all trackers are the same, some people claim to have as low as base + 0.25% while others are on base + 1.5% which is similar to what they are offering you.
