having a problem with the middle sump guard on my car ,it must of hittin something in a previous life cause anytime i hit a steep speed bump it comes loose.I have been back to my local body work shop and they tighten it up and then i hit something very small and it is loose again,could i just take it of all together or pay…

having a problem with the middle sump guard on my car ,it must of hittin something in a previous life cause anytime i hit a steep speed bump it comes loose.I have been back to my local body work shop and they tighten it up and then i hit something very small and it is loose again,could i just take it of all together or pay somebody at toyota to do the job properly and cost me and arm and leg,all the fixings are strained so i think it would need a good bit of rivoting or clamping or else raise the car totally???
