Disability allowance for Chrons and Hodgkins

Hello Do you think I would be entitled to any disability allowance as I suffer terrible from Chrons disease and also had Hodgkins lymphoma.I am struggling to work and currently able to manage 3 days a week.If I am entitled to anything do i have to completely give up work or are you allowed to earn a certain amount??
