If you come out of Griffith and carry on left to the Dolphins Barn/ Rialto junction, then go right over the bridge and carry on straight you'll come to the Crumlin swimming pool. Not sure what its like myself, but its right beside the shopping centre. I'd assume bring swimming togs and a towel?
