    Just wondering what its like to get a trade in... I was thinking of Buying a new Alfa 159. Have a 07 Saab 9-3 at moment.....oh its the latest design...cheers for any suggestions or help:D

    Prepare for the worst. Used car prices have fallen through the ground. At the best of times the 9-3 was a heavy depreciator, also given that your car is a 07 which means it is on the old motor tax system add that and cheaper UK imports plus the price of a new one is cheaper.

    My advice is hold onto what you have and get value from it.

    A brand new 9-3 is now sub €30k, you'll be absolutely losing your shirt if you're trading in an '07 model.

    I agree with all of the above. Hold onto your Saab for another few years.
