Fresh Nutmeg in Limerick

Any suggestions as to where I could pick up fresh nugmeg (as opposed to the ready ground stuff in jars in supermarkets). Was kind of thinking Superquinn but someplace in the city centre would suit better and i don't think i've ever seen it in Dunnes or Tesco.

The health food shop in the Crescent Shopping Centre have them.
