Lots of petty fighting, bickering and political point scoring but there are some (depressing) nuggets of information in there: no new system map till May, no new website or journey planner till May at the earliest, no RTPI till next year and even then only on limited routes and only online - it will be 2010/11 before it's rolled out fully and even then DCC will have to find the funds to pay for displays at the bus stops so there'll probably be further delays because of funding and integration problems.

The one really strange thing is that DB applied for a license for the 41X through DPT in the mornings but not in the evenings. It seems odd that they'd do that of their own accord, I wonder if that's the change they were told to make so DoT wouldn't see it as a competing service to the Swords Express?
