Monetising Parked Domain

Hey folks, What's the best way to monetise your parked domain? Is there a common script that people use? You seem to see the same type page displayed for all parked domains - how do you go about setting this up? I have my own hosting so this is not a problem. Thanks folks, CC

The parking provider looks after all that. You have the choice of either changing the domain to use their dns or use a simple forwarder (exact format varies) or possibly a bit of code on the page (again this varies according to the parking company)
